<dc:description>
This dataset contains the biosynthetic gene cluster (BGC) prediction results generated using the fungal version of antiSMASH from the assembled genome of Aspergillus aculeatinus strain SM101. The analysis was performed to identify genomic regions potentially involved in the biosynthesis of fungal secondary metabolites.

The antiSMASH pipeline predicts putative biosynthetic gene clusters based on conserved biosynthetic domains, gene organization, and similarity to experimentally characterized clusters available in the MIBiG database. The resulting annotations include cluster coordinates, biosynthetic classes, predicted core biosynthetic genes, similarity to known BGCs, and functional annotations for each predicted region.

This dataset provides the complete antiSMASH output, including interactive HTML reports and supporting annotation files, enabling detailed exploration of predicted secondary metabolite biosynthetic potential. These results can be used for comparative genomics, natural product discovery, metabolic pathway analysis, and prioritization of biosynthetic gene clusters for experimental validation.
</dc:description>
