Samples consisted of PBS-injected control gill tissues (n = 3) and NNV-infected gill tissues (n = 3). Sequencing was performed on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform using a paired-end 2 × 101 bp configuration, and libraries were prepared with the TruSeq Stranded Total RNA LT Sample Prep Kit (Gold).</p><p><br></p><p dir="ltr">The dataset includes unigene assembly files, ORF prediction outputs, functional annotation tables, expression profile matrices, DEG result tables, and analysis summary statistics.
