The articles are downloaded from Pubmed and are part of the open corpus allowed for text mining. </p><p dir="ltr">Columns show which funders are acknowledged in the articles, whether there are protocols.io or Methods journal citations and whether these are self or external citations. </p><p dir="ltr">Journal title and publisher is also included.
