<dc:description><p dir="ltr">Cross-sectional observational study of 33 women with comorbid fibromyalgia (FM) and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), stratified by severity (FIQR). Pain, functional fitness, physical activity, sleep, kinesiophobia, gastrointestinal symptoms (IBS-SSS), and quality of life (SF-36) were assessed. Pain and lower-limb functional capacity differed significantly by FM severity, whereas gastrointestinal burden, sleep quality, and quality of life remained uniformly impaired across groups. Findings support individualized exercise prescription. Registered on ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT06923800).</p></dc:description>
