This dataset supports the manuscript "Towards standardization: A taxonomy for organizational adoption of ISO 19650 in the construction industry." It contains the coding framework and supporting data used to develop a conceptual taxonomy of determinants influencing organizational adoption of ISO 19650 in the construction industry.

The dataset includes:

the list of included studies;

the determinant coding matrix;

the taxonomy structure comprising dimensions, factors, and determinants;

the frequency distribution of coded determinants across the reviewed literature; and

supporting coding examples used during taxonomy development.

The taxonomy was developed through a systematic literature review following the taxonomy development method proposed by Nickerson et al. (2013) and informed by the Technology–Organization–Environment (TOE) framework. The dataset supports the transparency and reproducibility of the taxonomy development process reported in the associated manuscript.
