            <description descriptionType="Abstract"><![CDATA[<p dir="ltr">Cultivation profile of 82 strains of<i> </i><i>Halomonas</i> species in different culture conditions</p><p dir="ltr"><i>Halomonas</i> species were cultured in 96-well plates covered with Aeraseal<sup>TM</sup> seal and incubated in CLARIOstar Plus (BMG Labtech). The plates were incubated in different culture conditions at 200 rpm: (A) recommended culture conditions, (B) reference temperature with recommended culture medium, (C) LB medium supplemented with the same salt concentration as recommended culture medium, (D) LB medium supplemented with 8% NaCl (LB80), and (E) LB medium supplemented with 2% NaCl (LB20). Optical density at 600 nm (OD<sub>600</sub>) was measured during the cultivation. Each condition was performed with 6 replicates (n=6).</p>]]></description>
