<dc:description><p dir="ltr">Excel implementation of the "common engine" project-finance model described in the accompanying paper, A Common-Engine Approach to Project Finance Modelling: WACC Decomposition Across Three Contemporaneous Utility-Scale Solar Projects. A single parameter-driven cash-flow engine is re-parameterised for three utility-scale solar projects financed 2019–2021: Weesow-Willmersdorf (Germany, 187 MWp), Travers (Alberta, 465 MWac), and Claresholm (Alberta, 132 MWac). The workbook contains five layers, inputs, production, revenue, costs-and-financing, and outputs, computing annual generation with degradation, contracted/merchant revenue split, debt sizing and service, tax, LCOE, project and equity IRR, DSCR, and an additive WACC decomposition (risk-free rate, credit spread, equity risk premium). Only the inputs layer differs between projects. Colour-coding: blue cells are source-noted inputs, black are formulas, green are outputs. All assumptions are documented in the assumptions register (Appendix A of the paper); proxied inputs are flagged so users can substitute alternative values and re-run.</p></dc:description>
