Contemporary romanticism: a portfolio of original compositions Orly Watson (24169626) PUREID: 632569577 The compositions included in this portfolio are original works in a contemporary idiom, and they reflect the influence of recent compositional trends, and utilise new technical and stylistic developments. In addition to these characteristics, each work also shares a connection to my study of Romanticism in both its historic and its contemporary incarnations.
