<dc:description>
This dataset comprises 72 patients with metastatic clear cell renal cell carcinoma (mccRCC) who received first-line toripalimab plus axitinib at the Department of Urology, First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University between May 2024 and December 2025. It is a single-center, retrospective cohort study.

The dataset contains 72 variables per patient, including demographics (age, gender, BMI), tumor characteristics (TNM stage, ISUP grade, metastatic sites), IMDC risk classification, baseline laboratory values (complete blood count, albumin, CRP, fibrinogen, LDH, corrected calcium), treatment outcomes (best response per RECIST 1.1, PFS status and duration), and adverse event profiles graded by CTCAE v5.0. Ten inflammatory and nutritional indicators (NLR, PLR, LMR, SII, SIRI, dNLR, PNI, CAR, FAR, ALI) were derived from baseline blood parameters. The primary endpoint was progression-free survival (PFS), with 44 events (61.1%) observed and a median follow-up of 15.0 months (range: 2.4–21.5). The cohort was predominantly IMDC intermediate-risk (79.2%), with an overall response rate of 56.9% and disease control rate of 88.9%.
</dc:description>
