The mutational dynamics of the Arabidopsis centromeres Xiao Dong (23818562) Korbinian Schneeberger (9926145) Genomics arabidopsis thaliana genome assembly We generated replicated long-read genome assemblies using PacBio HiFi and Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT) for Arabidopsis thaliana mutation accumulation lines. The dataset comprises six independent assemblies from two MA16 samples, 16 assemblies from eight MA32 lines and six assemblies from three rtel1-1 lines, for a total of 28 genome assemblies.
