We describe an extinct species of rove beetles, new to science, <i>Nazeris nikitasi</i>, from a Danish Baltic amber inclusion. The specimen was scanned at the 3D Imaging Centre of the Technical University of Denmark using the ZEISS XRadia 410 Versa X-ray instrument.The 3D scan includes the head and pronotum of the insect.</p><p dir="ltr">Baltic amber inclusion (<b>217-3</b>) of rove beetle species <i>Lathrobium </i>athanasii<i> </i>(Holotype, Christel and Hans Werner Hoffeins collection, deposited at Senckenberg Deutsches Entomologisches Institut). We describe an extinct species of rove beetles, new to science, <i>Lathrobium </i>athanasii, from a Baltic amber inclusion.The specimen was scanned at the 3D Imaging Centre of the Technical University of Denmark using the ZEISS XRadia 410 Versa X-ray instrument.
