We generated approximately 26 million HiFi reads (~133 Gb; mean read length 5.1 kb) and reconstructed a non-redundant catalog of ~500 metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs), including 14 complete, 41 near-complete, and 99 high-quality genomes.
