The framework integrates building-based neighborhood space at the micro level and road-based structural constraints at the macro level, and evaluates candidate units using an entropy weighting method (EWM)–TOPSIS framework. It further examines the zoning and scale effects of the modifiable areal unit problem (MAUP) through comparative analyses against regular grids and demonstrates the practical value of the proposed units in a sub-community medical accessibility case.</p><p dir="ltr">The repository includes processed datasets, analysis scripts, and intermediate and final results used in the paper.
