          <dc:description>&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;This data package contains materials supplementary to &lt;b&gt;Methodological sensitivity in composite spatial heat vulnerability indices and implications for decision-making&lt;/b&gt; available as a preprint &lt;a href="https://dx.doi.org/10.2139/ssrn.7467835" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer"&gt;https://dx.doi.org/10.2139/ssrn.7467835&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;This work has evolved over multiple iterations, including a CPGIS Student Paper Competition presentation at the &lt;i&gt;33rd International Conference on Geoinformatics 2026&lt;/i&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;This data package contains the following:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;Jupyter processing notebooks for each spatial composition framework to perform normalisation, weighting, generate the sub-indices and resultant composite heat vulnerability indices, and perform consensus agreement.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;/Figures&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Supplementary figures of the HVI spatial distribution for each city-weighting-composition combination.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;/Google Earth Engine Scripts&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Google Earth Engine scripts in JavaScript format to generate Landsat 8/9 LST, Sentinel 2 NDVI and NDBI, WorldPop total population, and WorldPop vulnerable population.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;/Input Data&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;All spatial data inputs in GeoTIFF format; Land Surface Temperature (LST), Population Density (POPD), Normalised Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), Normalised Difference Built-Up Index (NDBI), Vulnerable Population (POPV), Index of Relative Socio-economic Advantage and Disadvantage (IRSAD).&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Census data packs in GPKG format containing input data for POPD, POV and IRSAD under Administrative Boundaries (AB) composition.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;/Processing Outputs&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;All sub-indices for each spatial weighting technique and each spatial composition framework in GeoTIFF format; Heat Exposure Index (HEI_EQW, HEI_ENW, HEI_PCA), Heat Sensitivity Index (HSI_EQW, HSI_ENW, HSI_PCA), Adapative Capability Index (ACI_EQW, ACI_ENW, ACI_PCA).&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Final composite heat vulnerability index for each weighting technique and spatial composition framework in GeoTIFF format; Heat Vulnerability Index (HVI_EQW, HVI_ENW, HVI_PCA).&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Administrative Boundaries (AB) composition output in GPKG format with all relevant attributes.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Statistical summaries in Text File format.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</dc:description>
