The sensitivity of Al&lt;sub&gt;&lt;em&gt;x&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/sub&gt;Ga&lt;sub&gt;1-&lt;/sub&gt;&lt;sub&gt;&lt;em&gt;x&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/sub&gt;AsSb with various Al content is also included for comparison. &lt;/p&gt;</dc:description>
