<dc:description><p dir="ltr">Single-scan ultraselective GEMSTONE NMR experiments efficiently select 1H multiplets that partially overlap with other multiplets. However, current implementations of GEMSTONE can suffer significant sensitivity losses due to relaxation and diffusion. Here, we show a new pulse sequence that reduces these losses and improves versatility and robustness. This new robust JND-GEMSTONE approach is expected to supplant previous methods, broadening the scope for these experiments to access structural and dynamic information in complex NMR spectra.
