<dc:description><p dir="ltr">The dataset is based on a survey that describes the characteristics, practices, and needs of speech-language therapists in Kenya. A mixed-method (primarily quantitative) design was used. An electronic survey (adapted from Wylie et al., 2016; 2018) was completed by 46 SLTs across Kenya. Participants were recruited via purposive and snowball sampling via groups and the researchers' networks. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used for quantitative responses, and open-ended questions were analysed qualitatively using content analysis and thematic coding.</p></dc:description>
