<dc:description>
NPD_H3_PRS_Weights_and_EAS_Evaluation.zip

Description

This dataset contains 961,268 SNP weights for the higher-order shared genetic factor H3 derived from European-ancestry GWAS of eight neuropsychiatric disorders. The weights were estimated with PRS-CS using phi=0.01 and the 1000 Genomes European linkage disequilibrium reference. The archive includes the discovery input, posterior weights, harmonized East Asian schizophrenia, major depressive disorder and bipolar disorder summary-statistic subsets, matched score files, per-block contributions, and primary and sensitivity results. Evaluation uses a custom fixed-score summary-statistic approximation with East Asian reference linkage disequilibrium. Approximate squared correlations on the balanced case-control scale are 0.03233, 0.00721 and 0.01430 for the three respective outcomes. These quantify summary-based associations; participant-level predictive performance was not evaluated. The score was fixed before evaluation, with target-ancestry effects excluded from training and tuning. GRCh37/hg19 coordinates, effect alleles, effective sample-size conventions, reproducible scripts, source citations, field definitions and SHA-256 checksums are included.

Archive

gsMap_NPD_Spatial_Data.zip

Description

This dataset provides gsMap spatial-association results and candidate gene-expression data for the shared NPD genetic signal in the E16.5_E1S1 MOSTA mouse embryo reference. It comprises 121,767 spatial spots across 25 tissue annotations and includes spot-level association statistics, regional Cauchy-combination results, candidate gene-specificity scores, normalized expression profiles, expression summaries, gene diagnostics and the exact GWAS input used in the analysis. Brain and spinal cord show the smallest regional Cauchy P values. Run metadata distinguish the GWAS input used for these spatial results from the separately curated QC GWAS dataset.

NPD_H3_GWAS_Summary_Statistics.tsv

Description

This dataset contains Genomic SEM genome-wide association summary statistics for the higher-order H3 factor shared across major depressive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, autism spectrum disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, obsessive-compulsive disorder and panic disorder. Component GWAS are of European ancestry.
</dc:description>
