<dc:description><p dir="ltr">Cleared lower abdomen and pelvis of adult C57Bl/6 female mouse perfused intracardially with a DY649 conjugate of Tomato lectin and viewed with light sheet microscopy (Ultramicroscope Blaze, Miltenyi Biotec, Germany). Segmentations of vessels (Syglass) and organs (Imaris) demonstrating the origins of the vasculature supply of the urethra and rhabdosphincter in the context of the entire pelvis. Red = vessels of the external supply (abdominal aorta, common iliac artery, internal iliac artery, urogenital artery, internal pudendal artery); orange = vessels with primary branches supplying the rhabdosphincter, urethra and adjacent organs (rhabdosphincter arteries, vaginal branch of the urogenital artery, urethral artery, perineal artery, dorsal clitoral artery); yellow = intramural arterial supply of the urethra (ventral urethral plexus, ventral midline artery and their primary branches).</p></dc:description>
