Available data and R code for the competitive ability of Erigeron canadensis Dávid Nagy (22226863) Evolutionary Biology Invasive Species Ecology Population Ecology drought stress responses Competitive Ability Invasion Biology This data contains the raw glasshouse dataset, calculated competitive ability indices, R scripts, and associated data files used to perform the statistical analyses and figures presented in the manuscript on Erigeron canadensis (syn. Conyza canadensis). The files include raw experimental data from a large-scale glasshouse experiment testing competitive ability under interspecific and intraspecific competition across mesic and dry conditions, as well as derived indices of competitive tolerance and suppression. Additional files provide detailed population information (including climatic and community covariates), a genetic co-ancestry matrix derived from SNP data, and a modified version of the pedigreemm function. The main R script integrates these resources, guiding the user step by step through data preprocessing, model fitting, hypothesis testing and figure creation.
