This dataset comprises experimental results on electron transport in one-dimensional quantum wires. The results demonstrate the effects of disorder and interactions within one-dimensional channels formed in GaAs-based heterostructures. The data represent two-terminal differential conductance measurements, obtained using lock-in amplifiers. All measurements were conducted in a cryogen-free dilution refrigerator at a base temperature of 45 mK. The data present differential conductance as a function of split gate voltage at various top gate voltages, both with and without a fixed magnetic field of 10 Tesla. Additionally, the dataset includes differential conductance as a function of split gate voltage, measured with a DC source-drain bias to investigate subband spacing.

The dataset included here forms part of the research work published in Physical Review B, as below.

Vivek Kumar, Yingshi Duo, Patrick See, Jonathan P.
