Legact pitfall samples - RFMG ANONIMO ANONIMA (15383000) Community ecology (excl. invasive species ecology) Formicidae Collection R data <p dir="ltr">This package contains the minimum monthly data required to reproduce the analyses reported for surface-active ants collected in retained pitfall samples from the Reserva Florestal do Morro Grande, Cotia, São Paulo, Brazil. Sampling ran for 17 consecutive months, from September 2008 to January 2010. The retained material represents 529 valid pitfall sampling units.</p><p dir="ltr">The package does not reconstruct individual trap identities. The source matrix available for analysis contains monthly counts of positive pitfalls and monthly sampling effort.
