            <description descriptionType="Abstract"><![CDATA[<p dir="ltr">This is a CSV file with the filtered water volumes per sample (each sample represents a Sterivex capsule) and their eDNA yields after the extraction process with the QIAGEN PowerWater Kit. Samples were collected at Lake Xochimilco, including the blanks (field and extraction). Data was used to run correlation and linear regression analysis to assess the presence of a relationship between filtered water volumes and obtained eDNA yields. </p>]]></description>
