Eighteen (18) post-graduate students who completed a BCom Honours degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology (IOP) or Human Resource Management (HRM) and Labour Relations at a South African university participated in the research. The information obtained from the interviews was analyzed by means of a thematic analysis, whereby a detailed codebook has been created. The thematic analysis and codebook can be viewed in the "Master Sheet."
