Data supporting review paper on cubic GaN David Binks (12429981) Condensed matter physics not elsewhere classified GaN Quantum wells cubic zincblende CIS nanocrystals exhibit <p>Previously unreported data included in the review paper entitled "  </p> <p>Cubic GaN and InGaN / GaN Quantum wells" corresponding to Figure 1 and 5 of that paper. Figure 1 shows the emission wavelengths for quantum well widths between 2 and 10 nm.
