Included are all scripts and examplary realisations of the models necessary for the replication of the study in R. Scripts focus on the running of the models discussed in the manuscript, analysing model output, and plotting the results as represented by Figure 2-6 and S1-S6. Furthermore, simulation output is not necessary to recreate the figures represented in the manuscript as analysis output is provided. Further details on the included scripts can be found in the readme.txt file.
